Thank you for shopping with Dubai Fragrance. We are proud to offer fast, reliable shipping throughout New Zealand.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods (sales, holidays, restocks), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.


Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout based on your location.
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays outside of our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery location.

If you live Rurally please select Rural in checkout, fail to do so may delay your product and the difference in Rural vs Non Rural may be asked to be paid before shipment.


Delivery Address Requirements

We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Please ensure you provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.

Dubai Fragrance is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with resolving the issue.


Authority to Leave

Couriers may leave parcels at your address if it is deemed safe to do so. If you require a signature upon delivery, please contact us prior to dispatch.
