Dubai Fragrance – Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  1. Validity
    Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue stated on the voucher.

  2. Where It Can Be Used
    Vouchers may be redeemed in-store or online at Dubai Fragrance.

  3. How to Redeem

    • Online: Enter the unique voucher code at checkout.

    • In-store: Present the voucher or code to staff at the counter.

  4. Voucher Amount
    Vouchers can be purchased at any value. The total amount will be applied to your order until the balance is used.

  5. Non-Refundable
    Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other vouchers.

  6. Partial Use
    If the purchase amount is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher until expiry.

  7. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
    Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced. Treat your voucher like cash.

  8. Promotions & Discounts
    Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers. Use with other promotions is at Dubai Fragrance’s discretion.

  9. Expiration
    After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be void and cannot be extended or refunded.
