Dubai Fragrance – Return & Exchange Policy

At Dubai Fragrance, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges:

Returns:
We do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

If the above conditions are met, we will be happy to offer an exchange for another product of equal or greater value (difference to be paid by the customer if applicable).

Please Note:

  • Opened or used items are not eligible for exchange.

  • No exchanges will be processed after 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases unless otherwise stated.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
